What do I do?
I listen to you. I listen to your body. I take time to hear all that you are not saying within the silence of your pauses.
I will intuitively know what methods to use in order to bring harmony to your body, mind, spirit and soul and my work comes from a place of love, support, years of experience and learning from the best.
As I work to re-connect all that is disconnected, using various methods, such as the Voila Method, Reiki, Quantum touch, Anatomy in Motion, Tuning Forks, Visualisation and shamanic journeying (see below for further explanations) you will be fully clothed, comfortable and at ease.
Your treatments are reflective of what I 'feel' needs to be looked at first and foremost. Your sub-conscious body will tell me a lot of what I need to know, then we can get down to helping you on to the road of recovery.
Our body holds on to trauma, either emotional or physical and if the emotion of the trauma has never been resolved then this can cause all kinds of problems.
Childhood trauma, trauma from accidents, all sorts of trauma will impact our system and will present in many ways, physically and / or emotionally - stress, anxiety, depression, through dis-ease such as heart conditions, IBS, urinary infections, skin complaints and more.
There is no forced or jarring moves and nothing to be fearful of. In fact because your body has initialized the necessary corrections, it will welcome the changes and respond accordingly,
Working in this way usually brings the emotions to the fore in a gentle way as memories can resurface and softly be released in safe, confidential, comfortable surroundings.

The body has various keystones that if they are out of alignment then nothing balances and compensations take place. By using The Voila Method of interviewing the body and running through the required protocols we can find the vectors of indication - which way a bone needs to be gently adjusted - to bring the body back into alignment and back into harmony.
Traumas - emotional and physical, past and recent, can all knock the body out of sync as the body will store emotional trauma so emotional attachment is also looked at.

Voila Method
A beautiful hands off / on therapy to help restore well being and to promote healing. By using Universal energy while you lay fully clothed in a relaxed calming environment I move around the body placing my hands in various positions to promote the healing. I often introduce some other method of working if your 'body' tells me that some work is needed either emotionally or physically and if it is something that will compliment your treatment. Emotions can come to the fore as can pains and aches that the body has stored and is now ready for help to be released.

Quantum-Touch is a powerful healing technique that works with the Life Force Energy of the body to reduce pain and promote optimal wellness.

We start at the feet and look at how you walk and the impact on your body at each phase of gait.
Compensation for a deviation or inefficiency of movement is an unconscious act by the body so you are often unaware of it (unless its causing pain of course!). My job is to find the parts of the bodies chain which is inefficient, and therefore weakened and which have been compromised..
To reduce your chance of injury and to reach your potential in both mind and body I look to move you closer to your ‘perfect centre’.
